The Summer is Ended

The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved.
(Jeremiah 8:20)

Our church was established five years ago. My family moved to Cardiff from West Wales ten years ago. My wife and I were married twenty five years ago. The seasons of life soon pass. In these words from the book of Jeremiah, we are reminded that the preaching of the Gospel has continued  throughout the seasons of life, and yet the people are not saved.

You need to be saved before the winter closes in. Come now this moment, without hesitation, and ask the Lord to show you your need of salvation. He will then show you the depths of your sinful heart. In the light of this discovery, ask the Lord to show you how Jesus Christ has removed sin from the sinner by dying in his place. He will then lead you to Him and enable you to trust Him with your soul.

The writer was saved during the summer of 1969. Jesus Christ is the Saviour who can save you this summer.
